Residential architecture, from first sketch to finished building.
New build houses, residential developments and extensions — designed and then managed through planning, building regulations and construction.
One architect, from the first site visit to the day you move in.
-
New build houses
One-off homes on infill plots, garden land and replacement dwellings — designed around the site, the light and how you actually live.
-
Residential developments
Multi-plot schemes and small estates for developers and landowners, from feasibility and unit mix through to a consented, buildable scheme.
-
Extensions & renovations
Rear, side and wrap-around extensions, loft conversions and whole-house remodelling that make an existing home work properly.
-
Project management
Tendering, contracts, site inspections and payment certificates — someone on your side of the table for the whole build.
Recent projects
Selected work
A clear route from idea to completed building.
-
Feasibility
A site visit, a measured survey and sketch options, so you know what is possible and roughly what it costs before committing.
-
Design
Developed plans and 3D visuals you can actually read — so you can see the finished rooms long before anyone digs a foundation.
-
Planning
Drawings, statements and the application itself, plus dealing with the planning officer and any conditions.
-
Technical
Building Regulations drawings, structural and specialist coordination, and a package builders can price accurately.
-
On site
Tendering, contract administration and regular inspections — keeping the build to the drawings, the programme and the budget.
